Services: We provide software development, game development, and IT consulting services as described on our website. Project specifics, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement.

Intellectual Property: All pre-existing intellectual property owned by either party remains their sole property. Intellectual property developed specifically for a client project will be transferred to the client upon full payment as per the agreement, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: Terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, we require a percentage upfront, milestone payments, and a final payment upon project completion.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of business.

Limitation of Liability: Game Star Private Limited's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.

Given the custom nature of our software and game development services, we have a structured refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Client:

• If cancellation occurs before project commencement and after an initial deposit, the deposit is non-refundable but may be credited towards future services within one year.
• If cancellation occurs after development has started, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, as detailed in the project milestone agreement.

Cancellation by Game Star: We reserve the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, unreasonable client demands, or failure to provide required information. In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for any payments made for work not yet delivered.

Refunds for Completed Work: Due to the intangible and custom-built nature of our deliverables, we do not offer refunds for work that has been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute regarding deliverables or quality, we commit to working in good faith to rectify any legitimate issues before any refund consideration.
